This Site was created, belongs to and is operated by Green Eyes Properties, Unipessoal Lda., with registered office at Avenida da Liberdade, nº180A – 7º, 1250-146 Lisboa, legal entity number 517392062, (hereinafter referred to as “Green Eyes Properties”), and its use is governed by these Terms of Use.

Acceptance of the Terms of Use

The user of the Site (“User”) acknowledges that by using this Site they are accepting these Terms of Use.

Amendment of the Terms of Use

Green Eyes Properties reserves the right, at any time, without the need for prior notice and with immediate effect, to amend, add, update or delete, in whole or in part, these Terms of Use.

The User must periodically consult the page containing these Terms of Use to confirm whether any updates or changes have been made. If they do not agree with any of the rules of use, they must not use the Site.

In general, the User must use the Site in a responsible, prudent and careful manner and must not disrupt or degrade the continuity, integrity and quality of its resources and features. Applicable Law

To settle all matters and disputes that may arise, inherent to these Terms and Conditions, the courts of the District of Lisbon shall have exclusive jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
